Telemarketing Specialist Yandex.Lavka

Yango Deli (also known under the Yandex.Lavka brand launched in Russia in 2019) is an e-grocery delivery service that uses a tested model of hyperlocal delivery in 10-15 minutes from dark stores, supported by our proprietary technologies and know-how. We are looking for a talented content manager who is experienced in creating content and structuring data and is motivated to build processes from scratch.

You will

- Collect data on couriers

- Run couriers through compliances

- Convert calls to slots

- Wake up couriers for shifts / ringing

- Place slots on benches, in which there is a lack of couriers

- Convert calls into a completely filled out questionnaire / exit to the slot / filling shops with the necessary supply

- Work on KPI

Responsibilities

- Receive incoming calls by scripts

- Make outgoing calls using scripts

- Fill in information on the result of calls

- Escalate problems to the appropriate department following the conversation

Requirements

- Excellent spoken English which must be proven by some kind of documentation

- Ability to think on their feet and to answer unexpected, out of script questions

- Experience in any kind of proactive sales (tele-sales, catalogue, door-to-door, etc),
